Appreciate it and true.
Appreciate it and true.
That sucks... she is pretty. Mine was a fastback. Drove it for a few months after the incident, but the door wouldn’t open and I got tired of climbing in from the passenger side. She was also super clean beforehand. In fact, I spent a grueling 4-6 hours hand polishing her just the weekend before the wreck. I no longer…
Does it say not to?
Seriously, how many times do you have to say “just by the damn van already.” Next week’s situation is going to be “I need a vehicle that seats 7, has sliding doors, and a built-in vacuum. What vehicle should I buy?” And yet there will be folks that don’t want to hear minivan.
As a post-240 driver I can relate. Mine had terrible wheels, but had a swapped turbo sr. I had a lot of fun with it for three months until an 18 wheeler sideswiped me on a highway.
I haven’t driven one (just as I haven’t driven any supercar), but I’d give it supercar status
Yeah, I agree. I have an obsession with 94-96 Impala SS’ ever since I saw one as a youngster at the Miami Airport in ‘94. My wife doesn’t understand it and I can see that, but she would definitely at least ask “what is that?” if she saw an NSX and I can accept that. She doesn’t have to be in love with it, but should…
I could understand her response to a 300zx or Supra (about it being another 90's car), but the NSX? Come on, that thing is gorgeous and a supercar. You two are still together?!? (I kid of course)
Curious if they are going to have mileage limits on their plan. It would seem the cost would be based on how frequently you plan to upgrade, mileage, and risk (your driving habits/history, credit, etc.). I sure hope so at least. As a low mileage driver with a good driving history and good credit, I don’t want to pay…
I wonder if you could find those wheels if you built it yourself or if you’d have to get it through this dealer
I agree. Throw in some nostalgia in the mix and this idea will continue to sell more and more trucks. And also consider how many of us grew up in awe of the Lightning, but couldn’t afford them at the time? Now that we (possibly not all) can, new versions don’t exist; until now.
That’s a fair statement
That’s actually not as bad of a markup as I would have imagined; considering how bad some people get ripped on those customized car tv shows.
1. It was a joke
Exactly this. I was thinking the previous owner may have had a Taco Bell party pack on the way to the dealer.
No wonder this task was so... hard.
It started to break in 2015 but they didn’t plead guilty until 2017.
VW pleads guilty to the emissions scandal in the same year that this event is cancelled. Coincidence?
We bought a Baby Jogger City Premier (used) which looks the exact same except for the front suspension and you can get it for less than $300. I don’t see how they could justify that price.
Good luck towing anything more than a bike rack.
