I prefer the PT Cruiser concept. What a let down the actual car was. Especially the convertible; a bath tub with wheels.

This sounds like a riddle in the making. “What turns to ash as it soaks? Or gets hotter as it gets wet?”

Great feedback; is thanks. I am 6'7" with a long torso so headroom is typically my issue or visual sightline (some windshields or sunshades sit too low for viewing out). In sitting in the outgoing model it seemed to have just enough headroom to not be annoying and I’m hopeful this model will be better.

Texting while sailing?

But what exactly is his (Duval) way of driving? Did I miss another segment of the movie?

Is is tall driver friendly? Headroom and legroom comparable to the outgoing model or more?

All great points and sound advice. Thank you!

I’d personally love one, but I am annoyed their values have held so well. I am used to buying used cars for a steal. I also took a huge hit last time I bought and sold a SUV (Xterra in 2008/9) when the SUV market was rough so I’d hate to drop $20k to $30k on a used FJ and have the bubble burst again. Especially if

Agreed. I think the A7 is one of the most gorgeous rear ends out there right now. What a beautiful car.

I think I know your friend.

Good point. I like the drive height and the styling is definitely sharp. I also like the idea of having an ecoboost as well.

Not really given up, just following the typical life pattern of complaining about and getting made fun of for driving a minivan and then later in life getting made fun of for having a “midlife crisis” when I finally buy the car of my dreams.

Headroom is my biggest issue. Otherwise I would rock a wagon.

Good point. The Ford Flex is on my shortlist to test drive when the time comes. At 6'7" I need something with good headroom and the Flex seems to have that covered. However, not having the power sliding rear doors is definitely a consideration. I was just wondering the other day why automakers haven’t considered

But it’s terribly boring to read an article about reliable cars. In this case, the Jeeps are job security.

#lifehack.

But it’s not a Subaru

Another plane lost due to a “training exercise.”

I think this is pretty much the story of all minivan owners. We love to hate them, but it’s difficult to justify anything else. Convenient for road trips, families, indoor bike storage or basically a shed on wheels, camping, trips involving biking and kayaking (roof and rear rack, and interior storage), etc. We hate

That’s gorgeous.
