We have 4 kids (7, 5, 3 , 1) and have only had a suburban (5.3 L) and now an escalade ESV (6.2L, same platform as suburban/yukon). With captains chairs in the second row, we put the 5 and 7 year old in back since they can buckle themselves. It was tough when they were younger, but my wife will never drive anything

Kick It Out called it “offensive and discriminatory” and said “racist stereotypes are never acceptable, irrespective of any intention to show support for a player,” per the BBC.

Things I’m no allowed to do on my own property.

C’mon, dude... this is a fucking junkyard, not a car collection. How about David go back to Ron’s place in winter when all the leaves are gone? I imagine it looks a hell of a lot worse.

It’s reassuring to see reasonable people supporting your comment. Every time I see a story like this or an HOA the comment section is filled with unrealistic expectations of society. Buying a bunch of stuff then leaving it outside to rot is not “collecting”, it’s hoarding.

I tried really hard to side on Ron’s side here, but every picture shows neglect and presents the case outlined by the township- if one of those neighbor’s wanted to sell their place they would inescapably be affected by the neighboring junkyard. We see it as a collection, but it actually looks worse than my local

That’s not a “collection”.

Sulfuric acid in the batteries. Hydraulic fluid in the shocks and struts. Paints, adhesives, and sealants all over the body. Refrigerant in the AC unit. Residual fuel in the tank and fuel systems components. Toxic gas in the brake accumulators. Compressed gas in the air bag systems. Propellant in the seat belt

Talk about false equivalence. Your non-running Porsche is sitting in your garage. Out of sight, out of mind, and (hopefully) with a drip pan underneath. One day, you’ll be finished wrenching on it, and drive it out of the garage under its own power. These cars have been parked and left to rot.

I think you’re in a small minority here. Most people don’t accept this type of behavior. This might fly on a farm with no one around for miles and miles, but this guy clearly has neighbors, and it’s obviously an issue. Not to mention the fact that basically everything looks like garbage. It’s not like he’s got

This is literally 90% garbage. I get the emotional reaction from a site like this but come on. Even the owner himself understands he’s just leaving a shitpile of worthless rustbuckets for his wife to deal with.

Is it overreach when the government tells me I can’t enrich uranium on my own property?

One man’s “Enthusiast” is another man’s “Hoarder”.

I’m sorry David, but I believe our gentleman friend, regardless of his cheery disposition, falls into “Hoarder” territory.

If they were running, driven, exhibited, or maintained....maybe I’d change my mind...but nope...we’re in straight hoarder-land here.

1) That township can piss right off. Seriously, what harm was the collection doing to anybody?

It may have been a terrible investment, and it will likely never be driven, but I dunno. I’m just glad cool stuff like this exists in the world, like discovered treasure. And who knows, there’s no rule that say it can’t be driven and enjoyed, it’ll just burn up the value. —Kind of reminds me when that 120 year old

The only thing I got out of this article is the fact that you blurred out a dog’s genitalia. So fucking strange.

barf

I’ll let the first owner configure it to whatever they want. And then I’ll see it in about 15 years when it’s in the bargain bin section of Craigslist for under $10k with the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree.

Well I will send an email to Ford to cancel the whole project then. “Scrap it, boys. There’s a guy on the internet who only hauls stuff in his 2WD speed bump scraper, so no need for the Raptor.”

A theory somewhat undermined by the dealership owner publicly posting a video saying it was entirely entirely against dealership policy and should never have happened.
