one of my friends has a 86 928s that he put 11 grand into rebuilding the engine just to get the car running/driving. It was a year from purchase date until engine rebuild that the car was even able to leave his driveway.

I did actually get to see this car in person in PA a couple of months ago. I didn't realize it was Mr. Regular until he commented on my album from the cars and coffee event we were both at.
