Holy shit, that social media company just got fucking fired
Nissan needs to fire their entire design department
Great!
I need this so I can haul my E23 around when it blows the transmission for the 14th time
I hope this guy sticks it to them as hard as he can.
Not in the US
Oh no I'm not implying that all either, I know the 2.0T is different from the old 2.0 N/A
at least they know how to make an ignition switch, GM hasn't been able to do that in 15+ years
When you said "throw in a 15 year old engine" I was implying they pretty much did that when they recycled the MkIV base engine and shoved it into the MkVI. As far as I know its the exact same engine. This is what I've been told, I am not a VW enthusiast or expert.
my friend keeps going on and on about how its "half a lambo engine"
The base engine on the MkVI is the 2.0 8V. So I've heard from my MkV driving friend, and wikipedia backs that up.
I'm sure its certainly easier to get more power out of thanks to the turbo. The I5 in my friends 2010 jetta sounds pretty sweet though.
pretty much what they did with the 2.0 8V I4
knowing how long the 2.0 N/A engine has been around I figured they might have done the same thing.
That 1.8T isn't the same 1.8T they used in the MkIV cars, is it?
mmmm, GM
