As far as I remember all panthers have a power drivers seat at a minimum, even most base civilian cars have power pass seats to. They have 8 way power seats so its very adjustable.

Any panther platform car IMO. I'm 6ft 5in 190lbs and I daily drove my 2004 marauder for 5 years. Most panther owners are either tall, fat, or both so it works out rather well.
