This is a good list, although I think "Driver mod" needs to be on the list also. You can have thousands of dollars of parts into your rig and still be out driven by a guy a beat up old XJ with a bolt on lift kit just because you suck at driving and he doesn't. A rig is only as good as its driver!

It won't happen on the street at least....

They really one up'd it when they did the 80mph rolling burnout in the desert in the F-bomb camaro during the fourth movie.

Merkur's are awesome, someone local to me has a clean white scorpio that I often see chilling in the driveway.

Will it happen? I doubt it, will I go if it DOES happen? Being a central jersey resident, hell to the yes!

I guess one can only complain if they actually BUY new cars. I don't plan on anything new, so while I don't care for most new cars, its not like I can do anything about it. Hence why I drive a 04 Marauder based on a platform from 1979, and a 96 bronco based on a platform from 1980! New age old goodness...

How about the 1970 Dodge Charger from the fast and the furious movies? "900 horsepower of Detroit muscle" coming from a fake supercharger that spun from an electric water pump. Don't forget the infamous wheelie-burnout combo during the worlds longest 1/4 mile drag race!

I really hope TVR makes a roaring come back. I'd be even happier if they start selling batshit insane cars in the US again!

I still remember watching the video for the first time and thinking "What an awesome garage, for a crap collection of cars...."

How much turpentine did they drink before someone said "Hey I know what'll pull that branch down!"

Holy.....shit.....

bzzzt, wrong answer

I vote for any electric car, since none of them have the range to really cover a long haul, or much of any haul. Its just good for local drives really

Anybody who suggest the panther platform isn't a great road trip car, either hasn't road tripped in one, or is just down right retarded... Thats what these cars were made to do, eat highway miles from one end of the country to the other. I've had my 04 Marauder from Maryland to Rhode Island, and out to Ohio (I live in

Looks like this car caught a bad case of... the ugly!

The only "upside" to throttle by wire is, you don't need a separate cruise control box to keep the throttle body open, and you can use the TBW for torque management. However I've always hated TBW lag and the disconnected feeling, I'll stick with my throttle cable thank you.

Now playing

Kenny Brown also did a few marauders with vortech blowers called the marauder s
