I didn’t “buy” the car. I took over a lease for a (very good) friend who was being reassigned to another country (federal employee) for at least 2 years and could not take it with him. I ditched it one year after I took it over, and could not run away from that thing fast enough.

On that chart, 8’ from a 40” Tv would be near the “full effect of 720p”. So yes, you should be able to see a (big, in my opinion) difference between a 480p source at that distance and a 720p source. Most channels are still broadcast in 720p or 1080i. At that distance, I would not expect to notice a difference between…

+1 on this. We recently cut the cord from Dish and are now receiving OTA (via Tivo for the moment). The difference in image quality is immediately noticeable, especially watching sports.

My wife does the same. Everything (the parts not the bottles) gets rinsed daily, and gets a full dishwasher cycle probably 2x a week.

Ditto here too. We have a steam dishwasher. Bottles, nipples, pump parts - it all goes in one of those little baskets the dishwasher does it’s job.
