We are a deeply unserious country.

Sounds like “stand on the right” is the custom nearly everywhere!

No problem. Glad you didn’t take offense to a different opinion. I really shouldn’t have worded it like a jerk, but it’s the internet. When in Rome do as the Romans do.

Oh my gerd, having strong women characters also being sexual is so wrong! Humans are sexual creatures (like every animal) and it’s ok to portray that in media. Hell, women in real life dress up just as scantily as they do in his games. Have you never been to a music festival? It sounds to me like you’re playing the

It is. I’m into this game (and have played every main MGS) but I fully understand where they’re coming from as it’s possible to like someone like Kojima and still accept that they’re not perfect. A dry response like yours shows that the cult of personality exists.

Just...just wear the clothes. We know who it is, the costume’s good and fine on its own, there’s no need to Blackface it up. Jesus, why is this so hard?

Yeah just don’t do that.

Hmm... you may have sold me on it. I’ll have to keep an eye out for the next time it’s on sale. Thanks for the input!

Can you play MH:W single-player, or do you have to play with others? I enjoy helping other people in the Souls games, and being able to get help when I need it, but if I *have* to play with others, I generally get put off. I have an interest in MH:W, but don’t want to bother if I can’t solo the game more often than

I think the entire point of reclaiming it is so no one in the future has to worry about it being thrown at them as a slur. I mean, I totally understand not wanting to engage with the word at all, and I don’t think anyone should be forced to.

this is a very unhealthy take

“Nothing can be done,” says only country where this regularly happens.

A writer saw an interesting thing in a game and pitched a discussion piece about it. This is something that’s always been in the games; it’s acknowledged among fans (myself included) and worth writing about.

Oh, come on. The writer loves the series, dislikes this aspect of it, writes a piece that explains what happens in the games and what might be behind it.

Part of what Ario is exploring in this piece is why this happens in these games—the extent to which it is elements of the community, the content of the games, the culture of game difficulty, etc. Plenty of possible factors. As Ario also points out, most of the messages in the games aren’t like this.

Same! And having played MH4U on my 3DS a lot to now moving to playing MHGU on my Switch’s Gamepad Pro, I can nonetheless see the many small tweaks where the control scheme did benefit from it’s share of small improvements over the 3DS games(in fact, it’s making it even harder to return to MH4U for me because the

I fully agree with your larger point, but you left out maybe my favorite mammlian monster from MHW: Tobi-Kadachi. The weird electric flying squirrel thing it has going it a neat design.

Wishing you a lot of fun! I do warn inventory will be quite a curveball after all the greater ease of inventory management seen in World, but weirdly enough that streamlining in World actually allowed me to up my game even in older titles since it allowed me to get a better idea of the sort of items(already present in

As a Black Cosplay, I am:
