Having re-watched all of Ren & Stimpy just a few years ago, I can say that the show definitely has more going for it than being surreal and gross. That’s also kind of the whole point of my original post.

Firstly, I’m not a lad.

Also, as a massive fan of The Ren and Stimpy Show (the cartoon that inspired THIS particular style), I gotta say I didn’t find this entertaining in the least. This feels like someone just took the obvious slapstick and the visual gimmicks of Ren & Stimpy and completely ignored what made that cartoon great in the first

Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne on the PS2.

The important thing about getting the Fantastic Four back, aside from the Fantastic Four themselves, is that a lot of the most notable villains of the Marvel Universe are tied to the FF license. Baddos such as Dr. Doom, Kang the Conqueror, Galactus and Annihilus.

I’m sorry, but... it’s hardly the author’s fault that you think the word “queer” is strictly about sexuality.

Cool poem.

Completely unrelated to the topic at hand, but...

Oh, excuse me.

Well. You’re not wrong.

I don’t think he’s saying that the European languages that were forcefully imported to Africa haven’t evolved into their own regional variants that have a very different sound than their European counterparts.

Yeah, I understand DC fans think it looks stupid and they don’t like it looking stupid. But can you use WORDS to elaborate why you think it looks stupid?

Oh! Except..!
I can come up with a reason why it would make sense for him to wear armor plating and still not get his face torn to shreds by the little particles that he can’t possibly evade while speedstering away.
The simplest reason of all:

Hm. Fair enough.

That I won’t dispute. He’s pretty exhausting to look at. His body is just this weird, amorphous, angular mess. I find it hard to wrap my head around his actual shape and defining features.

Maybe the armor does make sense?

Personally I was actually really surprised by how lithe Flash looks even with a suit that’s basically plate armor. “Bulky” is not a word that comes to my mind when I see this:

Marvel dork here. (Don’t lynch me!)

Watched the whole thing.
I’m a Marvel chick, I need all the context I can get when it comes to DC stuff.

Rubbing people the wrong way? Who? Batman?
