Seems pretty dumb to buy both at launch. Why spend all that money when the killer exclusives aren’t even here yet? I get that they’ll come *later* but just wait until then to buy a 2nd console as a cheaper bundle or when they’re easier to find. Or, I don’t know, maybe just see how you do with one console for a while.…

I think it depends. For me, it was worth picking up at launch due to the amount of content it had, plus hearing it played well. We had no idea this update existed then or would be coming so why would I hold off on something that may or may not be coming down the pipeline?

Looks fun, but still, I’ll probably wait for a sale.  $60 seems pretty steep for this type of game that you can beat in 10 hours.

The new films aren’t making that much money because they suck and don’t have Harry Potter in them. I guarantee she still has a huge audience which is still buying plenty of her other shit.

Demon’s Souls is not coming to PC. Sony already came out and clarified that statement was an error.

This pre-order business is way too much stress for consoles I don’t think are even worth having day 1. I’m glad people are buying them but I’ll jump in once things have settled down next year.

Maybe the consoles will be the same price a year from now, but the games won’t be. I’d rather bay $40 or less than Demon’s Souls, not $70.

No it’s not.  Lego just released a bunch of Harry Potter sets.  Was that tone deaf too?  Are we supposed to suddenly pretend the Harry Potter franchise doesn’t exist?  C’mon.

Sort of like Microsoft’s half hearted attempts at making exclusives to go up against Sony’s games.

What makes you say that?  The teaser literally has 2021 in it.

Because it’s not part of the Playstation Plus Collection.  It only game out in June.  I doubt they want to start giving it away with Plus in November.  I’d imagine it will be added eventually though.
