I don’t think it’s been as good as Legends, but it’s had a higher quality level than it’s had since season 2, plus it’s better than Flash has been since its first season.

I would argue that the last two episodes were the only time the show got good. All of the characters that didn’t work suddenly stopped trying to be something they weren’t, and suddenly they started working. If that was intentional it’s interesting, but it doesn’t really make up for all previous six episodes.
