It’s a port city on the Adriatic. Like it’s neighbors, it has probably officially changed hands 100 times in the past 3,000 years. Many of those times, the people living there didn’t notice the difference.

What I’m seeing is that China wasted a billion dollars in the Balkans. That road would have been blown up in a war within 2 decades anyhow, if that region’s history holds. What good is owning deeds to that land if no one there is going to recognize them? Let the Balkans be the CCP’s Vietnam, while the EU knowingly…

I was that guy. I watched it a couple of months ago for the first time. I’m not into mob movies at all, beyond seeing the canon films once a piece, so I wasn’t interested when it originally ran. I am into well made TV, and I was blown away by the production, writing and acting in The Sopranos. There’s a reason so…
It’s just as sound as the “my client was a weak and stupid woman who didn’t know what all these powerful men were doing” defense. It’s a regressive self-own, but courts have bought it before.
Sorry to report that the streets in the greater Seattle area are just as shitty as they are in any other major metro area in the US, just for different reasons. “The customer is always right” is most often quoted by someone looking for free stuff.
I know where you’re coming from. The airlines have been poorly managed for several decades now, locked in a mutual race to the bottom. We found out after 9/11 that the airlines had almost zero margin for any interruption in full capacity operations. In 3 days they were almost all bankrupt.
Given the rate of “self-owns” we’ve seen from that bumbling group of crooks, I wouldn’t be surprised if the review finds evidence of Workhorse trying to bribe/threaten/extort someone for the contract.
The tragically underreported statistic of Taco Bell Drive Thru Collisions falls under the jurisdiction of the Border Patrol, so we’ll never know the truth. #AllChalupasMatter
The fact that you go out of your way to still pursue your habit shows just how committed to that next smoke you are. If you have to arrange your life around when you can smoke, you are pretty far gone.
