Only Nintendo has arguably as good/better first-party titles.

As someone who is an immigrant and had to deal with loneliness, isolation, being far away from when you are from, feeling invisible, etc I felt for Sonic and I loved the movie for bringing to light mental health issues in a kids flick no less. Sonic is clearly dealing with depression and his outlook in life changes…

There’s a fine line between snark and being a jerk, I’m pretty sure that Joan just leaps over it for funsies.  It’s like she likes being mean, just for the sake of being mean.

As a general rule of thumb I ignore reviews of so-obviously-fanservice movies by people who are, by and large, utterly not the target audience.

I also don’t make it a habit to criticize/attack writers on G-media sites, especially on opinion pieces, but this is simply a bad take. It’s a kid movie for either young kids…

My 4 year old got in trouble at daycare for telling another kid "I'm going to poop in your butt". While I respect the fervency of his position, the execution leaves much to be desired, but what are you gonna do...the kid's 4. I don't know what Joan's excuse is.
