I would say it’s once genocide is actively taking place. Not by a random crazy person spouting off racist garbage but by the entire organization. What they generally do is talk a lot and make people feel bad/angry. As far as I know, minorities aren’t being actively hunted by groups of neo-nazis.

They were directors and leaders of the terrible things that happened, so yes. Had they only wanted to commit atrocities against the Jews, then we’d have nothing against them. However, they participated in it.

Like I said, is he actually doing something or just saying he wants to do it? There’s a huge difference there. He’s allowed to say awful things. Simply stating what he’d like to do is very different from actually doing it.

Honestly, I don’t care if they don’t care about preserving civil rights. That’s on them. Their views are not my views. If they attempt to violate someone’s civil rights, they would be dealt with accordingly.
