Suddenly the aerodynamics took over and the car transformed from an almost scary floaty low flying monstrosity, to a downforce supported race car. It’s just as if the car was suddenly in its element on the autobahn…

On the one hand, I completely understand why people pit these two cars against eachother. On the other hand... They’re different cars (big comfy saloon that’s fast vs. fast saloon), with a different purpose (sell huge numbers of cars vs. have an electric alternative to the panamera)  for a different audience (price).

That’s a €95 fine right there.

As a programmer I have of course used “dark mode” for a long time. But for almost a year now I’m using a light background with black/dark grey text in my editor and command line. And it’s_much_ better for my eyes!

As a Dutchman I don’t get the emissions war right now in the US. If I understand correctly, the California emissions standards are not as strict as those in Europe or other countries right? A lot of people _think_ they need more than 112 miles per day. I don't either, but then I wouldn't be able to visit my friends or family, who all live about 70-80 miles away. And at none of them would it be easy or practical to recharge.

I should definitely get a picture like that with my Smart Roadster. There aren't that many big trucks here in the Netherlands though.

I recently discovered https://kurviger.de/en thanks to Reddit. They also have a free & paid app for Android (I believe iOS as well). It’s an actual route-planning tool which allows you te set curves vs. speed.

As I see it, they’re working hard to establish a platform independent user base. I myself am using several Microsoft apps on Windows, MacOS and Android, seamlessly. And even though I do not like the fact another browser engine bites the dust, I DO welcome Edge to MacOS
