This reminds me of the Aes Sedai in the Wheel of Time series
I actually like it better. It's become more of a let's watch Adam & Jamie build stuff show. But that's actually the thing I liked best about the early seasons.

As a coder in a small team I can definitely confirm this. We each have our own way of coding and I can usually spot who wrote the code just by reading it. And Git Blame always confirms this :P
Buck Rogers had these in the 25th century. Very succesful and no problems with anyone outside the dome iirc ;)
I guess that really depends on the manufacturer. My mom and sister bought the same Aspire Switch 10 and it's almost devoid of bloatware. Just a few applications that are easy to remove.
How is this bounty shown ingame? Is it a very visible thing when moving about? Or do you get a mapmarker or something? Is it possible to evade detection with stealth abilities?

I still don't understand why the Japanese car companies don't sell their Kei cars in europe. I mean, here in the Netherlands, tiny city cars are everywhere and sell like hot cakes. And I see a lot of them in other countries as well. I even think the 660cc is pretty much fine with most people as well.
Scandinavian Swans could be Nils Holgersson. I remember it as a cartoon that ran for quite a while in the 80s.
Sooo, it's the Galibier concept of the early nineties? They do repeat themselves, don't they?
That is beautiful!
