Let me tell you... that time has already come, ask me how I know :(

Ahh, this is a good one. My vote is the eclipse for sure:

I’ve found most non-enthusiasts have no clue what a “bimmer” is. The conversation usually goes:

Mich zu!

Roaches, these and my E30. I’ve spent quite a bit more than that fixing mine as it was initially a basket case. But I’ll be damned if these things don’t survive the apocalypse. That’s a great daily!

Grand Theft Oppo... YES. /thread

Hah! My “rents” do know about it now, but it took me a while to actually tell them what happened. It’s just a good story now, but they were seriously shook up after seeing the pictures. Very fortunate no one was seriously injured.

Hah! Just as a disclaimer, that experience definitely changed me for the better and probably saved me from a lot more stupid antics down the road. I should also mention my parents do know about it now, but it took me a while to actually spill the beans.

If only my E30 was running! D’:

Thanks! It wasn’t as sudden as you’d think, but corn sure will slow you down fast.

It very well could have, at least this was only a cirrus :P

Hahaa... good ol’Nikko, no ragrets on his end

When I was 15 I told the rents I was staying over at a buddy’s house to have a Halo tournament (classic excuse)... but little did they know we planned for a night of debauchery, which even we hadn’t anticipated the extent of.

“Hello, hi, thanks for tuning in. We are Jello-Piknik reporters coming at you live from the streets of New York!”

My exact process as well.

Hah! Funny how the demographic shifts by location

Another Austin resident here, on my commute to work I frequently bypass bro-trucks and sky-high jeeps with blinding LEDs, light bars, brush guards, you name it. When I do manage to see them through their tints or lack of doors, 95% are high school kids. I should also mention I work near Steiner Ranch... so of course,

I just hope he was going for a bit of irony here, seems too planted. But could be wrong!

Man, the “PT Loser” comment got a gut laugh out of me
