The way people talk about AC games you’d think they’d play like medieval Hitman games, but they don’t. They sort of did for the first couple but even then, the games are more about atmosphere and (bloated) storytelling than they are about being an assassin. The issue isn’t the size, its that what makes up that size is boring, repetitive, and tedious. I haven’t played Valhalla, but in Odyssey the desire to explore died for me very early, because there was never anything interesting to find. Its just icon chasing.

It all boils down to the same thing... for some reason every AI developer thinks it’s a good idea to feed their AI data from all of the internet instead of curating it. It’s like letting 4chan raise a baby instead of sending them to school.

Well, based on this I guess I’ll give the first episode a shot after all, but seeing the 3D CGI art in the trailer was off-putting enough that I was planning to skip the show entirely. And I love Trigun.

Ive been replaying Fire Emblem Path of Radiance and honestly I forgot how much I loved it and classic fire emblem in general. The social aspects of modern Fire Emblem just dont gel with me because it just largely doesnt make sense outside Awakening.
