Isnt that just circular logic? i.e. your artificial sense of accomplishment in life cant make up for the fact that I beat saint ishin yesterday with only two gulps of flask and no deaths on NG+?

Wolfenstein was great for all of its clumsy on the nose metaphors. Its like they just re-applied the gratuitous violence of the earlier games into a story with better vibes.
This has something to do with the recent surge of games as a service that have come out. E3 was designed around titles that debuted and then existed. It was only fifteen years ago games werent getting massive updates or DLC hardly at all.
This feels like its trying to cash in on our society’s current moral struggles. It reminds me of “shadow in the cloud”.
Food isnt like a sacred practice (unless sometimes when it is) that we can “culturally appropriate”. ( a term i despise and think should be replaced with something more nefarious)
I think the patience is less of an issue if you go in fresh. Everyone flipped over DS1 because the video game audience hadnt had a new mainstream experience in decades and it was completely different to what we were accustomed to. Thats the reason their fan base is so huge though. If you can climb that first hill its…
You went the wrong way. There are stairs up the hill to the right of the shrine that lead to the first area.
Story teasers i am taking w/ a grain of salt. (remember the DS2 trailer?) Combat and gameplay seems cool. My gut says it seems like a cross between dark souls and sekiro. (Lots of item/special skill use, timed blocks (obviously), one weapon held)
My predictions: Horse will be important mechanic or abandoned mechanic…
If you ordered a burger and someone brought you a bun with condiments some of which dont go on a burger like say soya sauce or eggplant no paddie, would that still be a burger?
Andromeda was a demo we were told was a game. Some of us even liked the series enough to buy it full price.
Ill tell you one thing. From the outside, America hasnt been seeming too hip or cool of late and this sure doesnt help.
I thought paradise lost was great but i read between the lines and empathized with satan. Its Milton’s fault, im still a morally unassailable saint.
This was a great point that i am super glad i didnt need to take the time to make.
The article implores its readers to be ineffably better. Magic 8-balls give more critical advice.
“you bought the game in a box and whatever was in that box was what you got forever”
Used to morally be in Nintendo’s corner for this one. Then there was the super Mario Maker debacle.
I wasnt happy with how things went for smash or Zelda and metroid prime... o god why would they do samus like that?! I digress...
Saw the price of Demon’s Souls on ps store yesterday. Played the OG and i cant understand how this is something that’s happening in video games right now.
I was fresh outta high school when Machiavelli turned out to be an assassin. I think this is what oldies mean when they say “kids these days”. I thought the AC series would age with me like a guilty pleasure. Its aged more like an abandoned bag of chips. Visually the same but o so stale when you dig in.
Seems opposite to what you want in a game. Limited to being careful but then punished for dying with less access to more tools. How are you supposed to experiment?
Super tired of every franchise trying to go live service. Im about to boot up death stranding and enjoy myself playing a game, and i may get nowhere. Crazy…
I quote tweeted one very blatant state actor because it disrupts their traffic. I got death threats. The quote tweet wasnt even malicious and i am just a regular canadian. If i was a paid voice for anything i wouldnt risk my lunch on something my government is afraid of doing.
Loved first two Dawn of War games. Definately gave me a little mistaken motivation to purchase some other warhammer 40000 titles for PS4. Inquisitor:martyr isnt bad when i want to feel like im winning something.... dont even remember which other two i bought.
Dev’s dont want to solve this problem. CoD manifested the ever attentive gamer. A person whose time could be monopolized by one property and then sold to repeatedly on the same work. Almost all big dev’s are chasing the game that turns most of its audience into this illusive creature.
