Ahem...

And don't hit stuff either.

It would have been awesome if Elon Musk had flown in wearing his Iron Man suit and put the fire out somehow with his repulsors.

You could have just confirmed you were being pedantic and saved yourself some typing.

Regardless of the actual finish, the design effect is the same. Hopefully you were just being pedantic and didn't miss this obvious point.

They should have the roadcourse results be part of the qualifying for the actual 500. That would definitely shake things up a bit.

I'm speculating that the wonky taillights will return to more of a classic Corvette look as part of a styling refresh in 2017 or so. If they are a bolt-in, expect to see tons of retrofits.

You are crazy.

Actually I may investigate this over the weekend. Our civilian cars usually have a USB adapters living in all the 12V sockets (to charge everyone's ubiquitous electronic devices) when I'm not using the V1. Those expensive little 12V-to-USB sausages constantly get misplaced when pulled out.

The concept wasn't much better looking than the actual.

Well that kinda explains the C7's unpainted rear bumper.

I have that in my M roadster where it primarily lives (Valentine provides a neat little wiring kit), but my V1 goes in and out of all the other mundane cars I own for roadtrips and in rentals too.

Overall, the price is too high for an American brute car, no matter how refined it has actually become.

Is that all done with plywood?

If this becomes commonplace I will need to rig up a USB interface for my Valentine V1.

Current Eliminator V electric dragster running a 7.956 @ 159.85 MPH

Sounds like a great way to stop being sent press releases.

I'm not sure how you would compare this 0-60 time to a 1/4 mile time, but the fastest EV dragster is called the Current Eliminator V, and it runs a 7.956 quarter at 159.85 MPH.

I'm speculating that Mr. Cruz may rethink his position and will begin naming names in hopes of leniency. Stuntz indeed.
