I really hate that employers have access to smoking health information—some of which financially penalize addicts for their habits. It’s no wonder people don’t fess up to their doctors, when they should really be getting help lowering/eliminating their use.

Good idea! I think the battery pack could be sewn to the back of your dress or even tucked/hooked in the back of your bra, if you wear one. Amazon has some small battery powered led lights (not the “traditional” Christmas lights, but definitely not as unwieldy)—not sure about blinking though.
