Just about every gun owner I’ve spoken to holds that opinion. It’s insane to me that the fanatical minority is controlling the conversation. Good people need to start speaking up and demanding regulation.

I’m also of the opinion assault rifles should be restricted to military.

Back in 2004 a liberal/libertarian friend bragged that he was going to vote for Bush because he wanted people to see “how bad this country could get” if we put another Republican in power.
