Nintendo owns about 1/3ish of Pokemon, so it would be The Company Company going after this.

I think it might be more of a Pokemon Company thing, they own the rights so it isn’t a Nintendo only thing.
true. but once its up on the internet, its there forever. like that metroid game a couple days ago. DMCAed to extreme levels, but you can still find it in places.
Still should of called it “Capsule Beasts” or something to keep them off their back.
Because that doesn’t matter to them.
There’s a fine line between spamming and mastering an annoying character’s playstyle. Sometimes, there isn’t. Some people are spammy assholes. Some people are Fox players.
Not if she gets those TPS reports done in time.
You can still successfully sue (and win) for wrongful termination even in an at-will position, especially in a case like this where it’s clear that her firing was specifically retaliation. Along with the fact that they changed the dress code after it had been agreed to, she would very likely win that case.
If you bothered to read the article (or if you did, try reading and comprehending next time), you’d know she is following the rules.
I hate my companies dress code. It’s very strict about not allowing facial hair. The only company I’ve ever worked at that didn’t allow facial hair. I unfortunately look 13 without any facial hair. I’m constantly mistaken for a teenager at my job, and I’m 27.
The irony of the people insisting she should have read the job’s requirements before agreeing to the job, not reading the article itself.
The dress code said clothing had to be “cleaned and pressed”, her boss changed it after she wore an “cultural headwrap” (aka a God damn scarf). The first outfit (the one with the red “x”) is what she wore, which should be perfectly acceptable in just about any office.
According to the article, the dress code changed after her boss said something. Pretty hard to read something that doesn’t exist.
You’ll be surprised how many cubicle desk jobs have strict dress codes, it’s absurd.
You know, when I worked somewhere that didn’t allow facial hair per dress regulations, but had no regulations about hair length, I thought I was a rebel by growing my hair out as long as I could while keeping my beard just at the 5 o’clock shadow level all the time. I think June’s got me beat.
You really have to question yourself when you tell someone not to do something “cultural”. Shame on that boss.
Is she in a customer-facing job? It’s understandable that customer-facing jobs have some sort of dress requirements (although most of those are certainly dumb). But it looks to me like she works in cubicle land. If that’s the case... wtf?!
Yeah, I’m speaking how Sonics whole world is pretty much like that kiss. A bunch of elements that don’t really mix well. In that aspect I think Sonic Boom has been an improvment. At least it feels like all the characters are from the same universe.
Sonic 06 and the other 3D once before always had such a weird the design. They often take place in a modern city with humans living in it, they have guns and militaries. But you play as cartoony animals, that sometimes do magic. There is also Robotnick thats a human (I think.) but he is cartoony aswell.
