You’re right, I misspoke. Any item you have right now that’s bound to you, as well as all quest rewards from anything you’ve ever completed. Once you log into Legion, everything you have — provided it’s soulbound — will unlock into the Wardrobe UI, along with every quest reward from every quest you’ve ever done.

If it was bound to your character, it appears in the Wardrobe UI. Like in the video there, you can see all those Hallow’s End masks. Those have specific durations, but are soulbound, thus appear in the UI.

They actually announced at Blizzcon that the system will go back and basically fill in any item you’ve ever looted, and all quest rewards you have (or could have) chosen.
