This review astonishingly neglects the perhaps most significant moment in the Harding story: the time she bought coffee from the coffee stand where I was working in NW Portland in the mid-90s, and after she left I turned to the other people there and said, and I quote, “Hey, I think that was Tonya Harding.”

To be fair, it’s not really that hard to not enjoy Travolta’s work.

In the last few weeks I’ve been conditioned to expect that weird cancellations in media stuff is usually preceded or followed by revelations that make it impossible to enjoy the work of the people involved ever again.

The rapid advance of technology made this generational label absurd. A good amount of my life came before the internet was widespread, and the ubiquity of cell phones, let alone smart phones, did not occur until I was out of my parents’ house already, yet I’m grouped with people who have always known these things to

This is probably my favorite AV Club thingie.

Ugh, Millennials!

I gotta say Reign looks a lot better on screen and in the dark then she did in those promotional stills they realized of her costume a while back. Also I like that they made her look different enough that you can’t immediately tell that it’s Sam under the mask.

Correct me if I’m wrong but...isn’t it already not legal for them to be renting out retail copies of DVDs/Blu-rays? I thought that’s why video stores had to buy from a distributor and pay a ridiculous markup; for the licensing rights to rent the videos.

Oh, thank god. I’m sorry. In my ignorance I thought this was going to be like those paintings that they make with menstrual blood, but with baking instead. I know, right? Like, how would that even that work? RE-WORD THE TOPIC TITLE!
