the touchpad or even the iPad is not made to replace a laptop (yet) just not the kind of processing power yet. Doin a lot of graphic arts for the past several years, I use my MacBook pro for that stuff. Running video games, music etc all touchpad....and no closing apps is def nice

I think the app glimpse might give you the ability you want with widgets. I honestly expected more widgets on the touchpad simply because the supposed ease of use to create them for the os

I'm a touchpad owner and am shocked it sold so fast. I wanted to get another one bad and didn't even think to act until 515pm.. I just thought the touchpad frenzy died when the ceo of HP got canned and webOS was claimed dead forever.... But...I one... I do love my touchpad

I love how ice cream sandwich is a complete knock off of webOS and still you have to wait for it to be brought to your android tablet. Let me tell you, android might follow through with promises, but sometimes they take their sweet old time getting there. Sent from my touchpad

The Canon Pixma series has always been extremely impressive. I believe I am one of about 100 people that own the Pixma 5000 (regular 8x11) printer that has just given extreme quality for YEARS. Also have a 13x19 pixma that does just as nice of a job. The money spent was well worth it - on both printers.

well, working the midnight shift - I tend to get in long talks w/ all the other workers from other hotels. Believe it or not - top conversations are typically: How much tv do you watch? do you download through work or stream? utorrents? or are they blocked by ur wireless etc.. lol

I kinda feel that android became popular right before the HTC Evo. I started to see all the commercials & the Billboards expressing they had like 1 million apps. Most people I bumped into started telling me they had an Iphone when in reality they were running an OS they never heard of - aka Android.

Well, I think there is already an application that puts android on the touchpad.. Just download the app and launch.. Something like that.

WebOS has had continuous updates to the Touchpad and runs very smoothly. I really don't have any (sluggish) setbacks at all. I also bought it for 99 bucks Probably a good 500 dollars less then anyone spent on an IPAD.

ok.. that's just straight up IDIOTIC! and FALSE! Most hotels in this country are 'Business person' hotels. Which I so happen to work at - part time - from 11pm to 7 am (weekends) and I used to work there weekdays (same shift)

This has got to be an example of a very large hotel. . There are about 40 hotels in my area that are all about 120 rooms in size. I would argue that Every hotel here, gives away free wifi and never has any issues.

I was a cult mac guy for years, but recently switched to the WebOS guy. Why would windows8 be any better then WebOS? I would think it's a downgrade.

I agree, but is it 5"? all these new phones seem to be getting bigger and bigger, and I just want an Apple Sized phone... Which is why I fell in love w/ the iphone & pre3.. any larger just seems uncivil.

Supposedly Fox has said a lot of things. As a WebOS owner of the Pre3 & Hp Touchpad, I find this absurd. The windows phones & tablets have probably less a market share then the WebOS for god sake!
