I dunno man- Luke Skywalker being a badass “Jabba, this is your last chance. Free us or die.” and just OWNING Jabba and his cronies is pretty great.

World-class indeed. The actual disaster is so well done, and the pacing and panic is incredibly well realized. There were some character beats that worked really well, too. The band, obviously. Also I particularly liked the ship designer, played by Victor Garber, and how, just, SAD he was that he’d fucked up. 

The thing is, James Cameron is legitimately that knowledgeable and passionate about the Titanic! I read this interview, where the crew guys were saying that there wasn’t a single job on set that James Cameron COULDNT or WOULDNT do. If he could’ve made the movie singlehandedly he wouldve absolutely been willing to do…

All the stories about this movie... About how Cameron would flip out at the crew members who just weren’t as knowledgeable as he is... Him insisting that every little miniature plate that would be destroyed be designed the way White Star Lines did..... The movie going hundreds of millions of dollars over... The story…

I was doing "quality control" as I made it and was taking little bites every so often.... I think it is indeed delicious!

It takes a LONG time to make in large quantities. First you take the chicken bits and bread them, then you prep the macaroni, then you bake it all with the different cheeses. Meanwhile you cook the bacon separately, cut it up into bits and sprinkle it on.

Tonight is a Friendsgiving! I have perfected my Mac n cheese recipe and now I give you: 4 cheese buffalo chicken breaded Mac n cheese, half with bacon half without.

Funny you should mention Zimmer- he studied under Hans Zimmer. Or worked for him or something. But HZ was instrumental in his development as a young composer.
