I really like Zemo as a villain- he knows he can’t take on The Avengers, but he’s so..... just, COMPETENT. Smarts, and a hell of a lot of planning. Also I like that his plan didn’t go off without a hitch- he gets stonewalled by the H.Y.D.R.A. colonel in the beginning. 

But it’s not supposed to be “just a movie”, this is supposedly real events that happened.

Your original comment to MD makes no sense. He never says she should have to “soften” her language, but rather that she wouldve been well advised to specify her language. Thats not the same thing as softening her language, that's being precise.
