As soon as he drew his gun on them on public property and attempted to detain them (by his own account), it becomes felony kidnapping. I believe that, in Florida, gunning your car at somebody threatening you with deadly force would be covered under Stand Your Ground.

I’ll take number 3. I grew up a few miles outside of State College, am a 2nd generation PSU grad and like many others, I held Joe in a very high regard throughout my childhood and early adult years.
