This is so fucking un-American, but I’m glad that we have idiots in the world will to draft this kind of nonsense so the Supreme Court can put in big block letters that the government has no right to expose or inform on a person’s sexuality, religion, etc.

Text messages, group or direct, are considered to have a reasonable expectation of privacy. State v Hinton set that precedent in 2014. Pretty sure the theft, publication, and any punishment resulting from these texts are all a violation of these idiots’ rights.
