Personally, I swear by Sleep Cycle. At first, I was skeptical about losing up to 30 mins of sleep, but you really do feel much more rested if it gets you up at the right time. I do wish there was an option to actually increase the wake up window.

@zyodei: Which studies? It should also be noted that all these alarms can run on devices without a cellular radio - iPod Touches and Android PMP's, like the Galaxy Player and whatever Archos is making these days.

@BacteriaEP: Ahh. Well, admittedly, that changes things.

I don't know about anyone else, but for me, 16GB just doesn't cut it. My music collection alone is 12GB, which doesn't give me much room for movies and TV shows. Since this device is an iPod competitor, why not load in 32GB of storage? Certainly, they have the space.

@Non-Engineer: No, not quite. But they're working on it.

@Enginseer: Precisely. Prisoners hide things in the weirdest places. Just watch Lockup on MSNBC this weekend - you'll see.

@ziplizard: I've been thinking that lately too! Not, just half the joke, but half the episodes. Maybe more. Curious how Curb Your Enthusiasm gets around those issues, huh?

I had a history teacher in 8th grade who never actually read over homework, just read the first sentence or so and checked to see if it had the right number of paragraphs. Once we figured that out, we started playing a type of chicken, where we would try to put nonsense and curse words higher and higher up in the

@Platypus Man: I love Seinfeld - the sitcom. I'm not sure if I can ever watch it again after seeing the abomination that was that Gates/Seinfeld commercial. It's imprinted on my brain forever. Anytime I see Seinfeld, I will remember that Jerome actually was willing to put his name on this, this, THING.

The first one was my favorite. I always just assumed Ballmer was a cokehead, but maybe he's just a mental case.

Cool app, cool demo. I love iOS and my iPhone, but it angers me that this isn't baked into iOS. Apple really has to include services like this one in iOS 5

I don't understand why SugarSync doesn't get any love. I prefer it to Dropbox any day.

@haodamao: Because iPhones don't have microSD cards.

I think the basic premise is not that you do less and therefore have more time, but rather that you do the same things more efficiently and quickly.

That was awesome. It was almost hypnotic. I think it would be fun to watch while stoned.

@ReiRei0: There are legitimate benefits to cataloging these obscure and fading languages. Scientists have been tipped off to plants with medicinal value, for example.

This is vile. How much money did they spend to fail to catch this schmuck? Talk about a disproportionate response...

@Robotronic: I agree. Wholeheartedly. That's not to say that good music isn't still being made, but certainly not in that quantity or quality.

If you were able to print Electric Sheep onto cakes, you might have something here.
