I’m sick of publishers releasing cinematics even if I’m engine, and claiming it’s gameplay footage. Unless I see what clearly looks like player controlled gameplay, preferably with the UI shown, then don’t bother showing it or call it a cinematic trailer. 

Boneless "wings" were invented so adults could order chicken nuggets on dates without killing the vibe.

Not getting the actor’s likeness rights is going to hurt. People have been watching these characters for a decade now. They know what they look like. Stylized would have been a better choice than realistic without those likeness rights.

This looks weirdly similar to Borderlands in a lot of ways tbh

The primary reason Bluehole has to lose this case is because Fortnite is a derivative work with the derivation lying solely on the vague concept of what constitutes “battle royale” gameplay.

That penultimate shot of this incredible gathering of Earths’ (plural!) mightiest heroes struck me to my core. It’s not cool to be sentimental, but in light of Citizen Cold’s overwhelmingly genuine persona, I think it’s OK to let loose a little.

Tales from the Borderlands was the best thing Telltale has ever done in my opinion. And I love Telltale, but something about Borderlands hit every level with me. The music not the least of the amazingly cool factors in it.
