Nope, not the actual theme; merely a V. Brother's "clone." (It's just a parody, reminiscent of the original.)

It wasn't the actual theme music; but it sure was a close enough parody to make the connection to that show, as they were clearly driving around the George Barris built "Munster Koach" —a hot rod built on a lengthened 1926 Ford Model T chassis with a custom hearse body.
The souped-up hearse roadster WASN'T a wacky racer: It's from "The Munsters." They even played a parody of that show's theme song while it was driving.
"The crappiness of the filmmaking is so pervasive and compulsive that
viewers may suspect that it constitutes some kind of perverse artistic
statement…"
Anyone up for David Lynch's "Frostbite Falls: Who Killed Nell Fenwick"?
He was a double agent and deserved a traitor's death. Now I'm beginning to have suspicions about YOU.
Like the lizard-kids say: "There's nothing as extreme as being flayed by a fleem!"
(Taken together, these two eps. could have been titled: "The Flats and the Prurience.")
I think I just ran across the REAL inspiration for the mutating man-creatures in the red cleansuits:
My freakin' Disqus connection won't let me edit my post-box the normal way, so (before I get called out): GARGANTUA-1.
I just have a couple of references to add for all the super-geeks playing spot-the-reference: I'm sure everyone caught the Gargantuan-One/Rusty's Bro "2001" gag, where the set was tricked-out (and the "stewardess" was costumed) exactly like the interior of Kubrick's PanAm lunar shuttle.

The Life of Pi-ce King. (Sorry.)
Thanks. I'll fix my error.
Yes, Don could have squeezed in. But the benches and tabletop still looked too narrow to be a regular "four top." (—Or, certainly, that's how it was staged.)
Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea máxima culpa. (I fixed my bleary-brained mistake; thanks.)
Caught and fixed above. Thanks for the smarts.
I mentioned all those above…except for the dual daddies of Kevin. That's an awesome catch. The writers must have been having a blast trying non-stop to top each other with this infinity of reflections.
I corrected my stupidity; thanks again.
