Yikes this was an annoying episode.  

There were some moments here and probably why the A- . But Stranger Things has the most uncanny ability to take the pedal off the suspense with its crosscutting all but neutering the momentum, especially when cutting to absolutely painful young teen romance or an 8 year old girl trying to be “sassy”.

David Harbour has that “back handed flashlight hold, pistol resting on his wrist” down pat.    Possibly sexy.

I think he should cast Taylor Swift and he has to protect her from all the ex-boyfriends she has trashed in songs.

If I had a dollar for every artist that said he, she or they claiming retirement I would have $917.
