I'm by no means a rockist, but I was more than a little annoyed when the finale featured two electric guitars on screen but was an overproduced Lumineers-sounding acoustic song.

nah she also had a debilitating colonic infection that was basically causing her to waste away and be unable to eat. so, even before the cancer she had a good chance of dying.

sexuality is fluid and born this way is a lie

PATRICK IS ALSO A CHEATER. Why is everyone giving him a pass for this but skewering Kevin?

I make jokes about myself looking like a middle-aged lesbian, except like as a positive. I dig the look.

I would were I Ritchie and had a similar experience. Maybe not "horrible," but "naive," "narcissistic," and "kinda racist."

or it's just a shitty movie and patrick's judging his taste. i'd do the same.

Agreed… just saying, 90% of my Grindr usage is non-sexual. I've met some of my best platonic friends on Grindr, and it informs me as a general busybody. Unless his bio had "ORAL BOTTOM 4 DISCRETE MASC" in it it's acceptable to me.

so depressing when they highlighted that in this episode. please kill me if i'm anything like patrick in 10 years.

I've hated Kevin from the start but Patrick was the bad guy there. You can't break up with someone who ruined a committed relationship for you over something as petty as having a Grindr profile.

Patrick sure as hell doesn't fucking deserve Richie back.

As a gay Kanye fan who would definitely feel positively about dating him, this is not inaccurate.

They dress more like people who are trying to dress like hipsters but have no idea how hipsters actually dress. It's pretty painful, especially some of the outfits the mustache dude squeezes into.

Try "every fucking sitcom ever"

Yeah Bear City is actually one of the worst things I've ever watched. The fat one's boyfriend refers to him exclusively as "gordito", if that gives you any indication of the film's idea of body politics.

I took a bunch of very casual movie-watching friends to see the Descendants and they all loved it so I dunno what you're talking about. I watched it with my grandma though and she turned it off halfway through. Maybe it's generational somehow?
