It’s a reminder that trucks and SUV’s should be included in CAFE standards. These dumb things will be used as regular, on-road passenger vehicles for 90% of the time. Count them as such.

True but they like to complain about fuel c0sts with a 80mi commute and slap “I did that” stickers to everything but their own bumper.

And I’m sure many of the owners will post pics on social media of their gas bill at the pump stating “This is bullshit...”

And if you do have to buy, it likely makes more financial sense to buy used

The Toyota Prius is truly the left-lane merchant of doom. There’s no getting around them. They will match your speed no matter what you do, and God help you if there’s another one next to you. Sit back and relax, because you aren’t getting anywhere quickly.

As I said in my other post, it takes over four years for a worker at Silao to make the $40K USD that one of those new Silveradoes costs to buy in Mexico. Meanwhile, it takes less than a year for an base-wage worker at Ft. Wayne to make the same amount.
