Sorry, but my iX would be much worse if it had to be fitted with a gas engine and all of its componentry.  It would be less space efficient, louder, and slower.  It would be an X5.

The Toyota numbers are misleading - buried in the details is the fact that the Camry, one of its top sellers, is now hybrid-only.  So customers buying a Camry have no ICE-only choice.
