Batteries are and can be recycled.
1st: I listened to a detailed story on this topic, and the point they made in the story is that most people who are inclined to say that EVs are less good environmentally are not really in the market for them in the first place, so they aren’t really doing any reading besides seeing a random headline here and there.
Many EV leases are already below 1% APR (money factor in lease speak). So the Fed action is unlikely to affect EV deals much.
There’s a reason he loves the poorly educated.
The good thing is that if he is President that map will go away. No map, no problem!
The US is behind in EVs exactly because Trump and his merry band of petroleum-suckers abandoned all efforts to do the work on R&D for 4 years. 4 years is a lot of time for a country to leapfrog in tech and that’s exactly what China did.
All a wannabe mob boss knows is bribes and threats. That’s all Trump knows.
Thanks for the explanation.
I was slowly scrolling through the list to see if some pricey EVs would show up, but surprisingly none did (aside from the Model S).
“buried under the ground”
Indeed. I think the gen 2 is the pinnacle.
Same with requiring bicycles to ride in the street with 5,000 lb F150s instead of sidewalks.
What are you talking about?
This is great. I actually corresponded with a leg. aide of my state rep and they were extremely interested in this topic.
Autoblog was my go to for years and years. Then they kept changing their comment section to the point that it was unusable and I found Jalopnik.
EVGo will probably charge $1/kwh to use these (a ripoff).
757 is better than 737. So is an A321. Seats are on the airline.
5-6 hours on a 737 is most definitely NOT on the list of enjoyable experiences.
I drove my 128i cross country. Twice. It was great.
