Why would a dealer not tell you about a recall? It’s free money from the manufacturer. Your manufacturers policies and procedures dowsnt allow ‘warranty upsells’ save one situation, a posted recall. I can repair as many as I want (with the customers permission) without the customer even asking if they exist.
