Since my desktop has been down, I have my Toshiba Core 2 Duo plugged in most of the day, but in the evening I take it in the bedroom and throw it in to "Power Save" mode, and run it down by playing a DVD or Revision3 Videos. then in the morning, i plug it back in and repeat...
