The Rock clock app upgrade idea: timer for cooking with Dwayne yelling “The Rock can smell what you’re cooking!” as the timer expires to let you know your frozen pizza is done in the 13 minutes required.

That's just eat. He eats pounds of cod a week and actually craps out fully formed, sentient cod that go back into the ecosystem.

I agree with your interpretation of everything except that I would argue that this wasn’t a “stand your ground” issue. She was legally covered under FL statute 776.012 (2) defending another to prevent great bodily harm or a forcible felony.

This isn’t a “stand your ground” issue. The woman wasn’t being attacked.

Yeah that’s one interpretation. I tend to agree with Sean MacDonald’s interpretation;

how did the driver assault the rider?

He absolutely should have stayed in his car, he also shouldn’t have driven recklessly in pursuit. But then again, the asshats on the bikes should have driven like maniacs and accosted his vehicle.

“Stand your ground” laws are widely misunderstood. They aren’t some license to kill. All they mean is that your right to self-defense isn’t abridged by a duty to retreat. They place the burden on your attacker, which is exactly where it belongs.

intentionally engages others

Just a reminder folks; you may be a tough mofo but people can and do legally carry guns and a gun is the ultimate equalizer. Looks like this was Florida and that’s a will issue state* and a stand your ground state**. Had one of those riders turned towards her threateningly she could have legally shot and killed him
