Or, if Thanos pulls the stone from Vision, is Vision still connected to/part of the stone? Would his “consciousness” be able to function to disrupt Thanos’ gauntlet if Vision is still kind of inside the stone? (No idea how the stones work or if this is possible.)

I swear I saw Xandar too, but Quill stopped it. It would be interesting if that event (The EGO thing) somehow compromises Xandar’s ability to contain the stone. Maybe some damage there.
