Not to be too “get off my lawn,” but I spent 9 years in the service industry, and technically the minimum socially acceptable cheapskate tip is 15% on the amount before tax. So, 15% on $390.05, is $58.51. $65 is still lame, but at least he’s not blowing taxpayer money, I guess?
