Thanks for posting this. VI was a work of art, and hearing about how it was developed always intrigues me.
The hell is your problem? Your vitriol impresses no one.
I definitely read that as Paul Wes Anderson. Was pretty intrigued for a second there.
This video is cool and all, but I was able to get away with much more nonsense the few times I played Overwatch on console. This is the exception that proves the rule, imo.
That’s the problem with kids these days! Love the one you’re with or waste your life soft resetting for that perfect shiny pokemon/significant other/job.
When I was your age we taught our Charizards HMs and we liked it too!
Seattle, huh? Perfect. That way I only have to take a quick roadtrip to try it out myself and it won’t draw (much) of the local business from the Portland escape room I work at. :)
That would be so easy to rig. I would be pretty disappointed if they didn’t do that at least.
“Due to intense overfishing, only the smallest Wailords survive to adulthood in the Alola region. Scientists believe that the crushing depression orphaned Wailmers experience upon watching their fully-grown mothers be slaughtered also stunts their growth.”
-Wailord’s Pokedex entry, probably
There should be exactly zero dice in a board game that is attempting to simulate a fighting game. (unless you’re going for a Smash Bros with items on vibe)
Gamefreak is clearly working through some stuff. Or trying to unsuccessfully, given that the pokedex entries are only getting worse over the years.
I’ve had a sinking suspicion for the last six months that this would happen. I told myself, “You think too little of people. They’ll see the light.” But I could never make myself believe it. And here we are, worst suspicions confirmed.
Thanks.
I need some help.
I took a looooong hiatus from shooters (basically nothing between Halo 3 and Overwatch) and now all of a sudden Battlefield 1 and Titanfall are looking amazing and I’m thinking about jumping in.
My question: having basically no fps experience from the last six years besides Overwatch, am I going to be…
I miss the days when it was standard for each character to have their own stage. It’s such a great way to wordlessly communicate character.
I mean, look at Hugo’s stage from Third Strike. It tells us that he collects toys, has plenty of wrestling trophies and posters, a big painting of himself, a comically oversized…
Rein is love, Rein is life.
Looks interesting. I wonder if we will see the couple at all or if they will just be present in voice over.
Some choice McCree quotes to spice up your next sexual encounter:
“Draw!” (while firing)
“Like shooting fish in a barrel.”
“Back in the saddle again.”
“Feels like I’m bein’ possessed.”
“Payload’s movin’ out.”
“You gotta work on that aim.”
“My ultimate’s ready.”
“Happens to the best of us.”
“You done?”
“Name a more iconic trio.” -wait, who?
“I got you fam.” -Gamefreak
The main fun of Pokemon, for me, is planning out my team in advance. So I don’t mind spoilers on what the new critters will look like. Also, shiny sprites for the Ultra Beasts makes me think that you will be able to capture them after all.
Also, I’m really loving how creative some of the new water pokemon are this time…
