Completely agree! I HATED the companions mooning over The Doctor - and even more The Doctor doing it back (over Rose)! Martha was robbed as a companion because of her crush and The Doctor’s constant talking about Rose- it really made me hate Rose.
I’m delighted to have Jodie around as long as she likes - it’s Chibnall that need to go...

It’s a shame they didn’t have the foresight to do this in Florida, then we could have kept Guardians out of Epcot. Of course they probably would have replaced Universe of Energy with another IP-based ride instead of coming up with something energy related or original.
Personally, i’m Glad they didn’t do that. Discovery spent way more time in the Mirror Universe than it should have and it annoyed the heck out of me (especially given the entirety of Discovery feels like a Mirror Universe already).

I didn’t get the impression that The Doctor’s offer to stay was genuine. I don’t know if that’s past Doctor history, or the rushed nature of the scene, or the intent. To me Jodie played it like it was always her intention to pull some kind of switch so she could get out.
Ugh, no! Doctor Who has a bad history of making 2 part episodes out of stories that would have served much better as a one part. I’m actually kind of glad the mandate for no two-parters exists because this episode was very good as a single episode story, but would have dragged as a two parter.
