That was an era with a much longer attention span and more patience. It was three years between ESB and Return of the Jedi.

I used to live near the Old Lyme facility. In the winter, when the leaves were off the trees and you were driving east on I-95, you could glance to the right at a certain spot on the freeway and see the storage lot filled with dozens and dozens of Corvettes waiting for the Callaway mod. A beautiful sight to see.

It was legal that he didn’t have to disclose his gifts and trips? It must be OK then...

No sign of Ashley R. Parker? (Pulitzer Prize winner and the current WaPo White House bureau chief)

Background info about the two Nazis in the lede photo from someone in the greys (me).

Ryan Reynolds was killed in the cold open before the opening credits in a 1996 episode of The X-Files. (Yes, it’s TV not a film but OK...)

“Love letters (this is my personal opinion only)“

When I was in 7th grade, a friend gave me a note from a friend of hers. The friend’s friend thought I was cute and wanted to talk to me.

We did talk and became good friends but nothing more serious. She STILL shows up on FB as “Someone you might know”. I’m not contacting
