Someone said once if Meryl Streep's only appearance in a movie was as an x-ray on a wall in a doctor's office, she would still get an Oscar nomination.

So valid. I made it to the middle of the second season but bailed for the same reason.

I went to co-ed boarding school in California. It was very small — only about 50 people in my class. For a long time the reunions were held on campus concurrent with graduation.

I also went to a co-ed boarding school in the early 1970s. I have dozens of friends from school that I stay happily up-to-date with. Even after almost 50 years. Not boring at all. Friends For Life is nothing to sneer at.
