In a hot and steamy locale, a manipulative woman finds a sap to kill her husband.... I’d rather watch Body Heat.

“Take two Genoa Salami pills and call me in the morning.”

My late father drank like a fish (maybe half a bottle of vodka a day?) and smoked like a chimney. But he was very sensible about money.

When I was still a child he explained to me that gambling is a form of entertainment and you should know how much you want to pay for that entertainment. During his yearly trip to

My son had a concussion several years ago. My wife flew to where he was and drove him 1,500 miles home because the attending physician said he should not fly. I’ve known several people who were also told not to fly after possible/documented concussions.

My wife and I saw him in Hamilton and he just slayed.

I never heard of it until it had come and gone from theaters. Then I read about it and found a copy at RedBox. I need to watch it again to revel in the now-much-more-widely-known cast: Jacki Weaver, Ben Mendelsohn, Joel Edgerton and more.

Now playing

“Creepy”? Ahem...... Jacki Weaver would like a word. (She’s in the cast of this movie and in the trailer for a split second.) She got an Oscar nom in 2010 for Animal Kingdom, a movie that nobody saw, for being the psychotic grandmother of an entrenched criminal family.

I didn’t know it either until I was looking at her wiki bio to see if she had done anything since the Pepsi ads.

Who said it? I don’t know:

The girl from the Pepsi ads is Hallie Eisenberg. Jesse Eisenberg is her brother.

A reporter assigned to Giuliani’s short-lived presidential campaign said his standard stump speech consisted of “Noun, verb, 9/11.”

“I am Legend” is an excellent book. Written in the early 1950s and arguably the originator of the zombie genre. The title takes on larger meaning at the end of the book.

Methinks the Sesame Workshop has never heard of “The Streisand Effect”

When Ryan Murphy was casting Glee, he spent months attending Broadway shows looking for young, talented, but relatively unknown performers.

As mentioned in my comment, the second season is on now. There are multi-episode/multi-season plot lines so it is best served by watching from the beginning of the first season. The show is packed with commercials so each episode is actually only 21-22 minutes long. Ideal for binging.

If you are a MPG fan you must watch “Nobodies”. (It is on the Paramount network?) He has a major role in the second season which is on now. He plays an alternate-reality version of himself. I never really knew who he was before and he’s so funny in this; I’m a fan now.

“Bitch, I’m Bella Thorne! I used to do ads with elephants!” (and not much since then)
