Nice little character actor career for himself these days

If you write and produce TWO movies that are at Sundance the same year, then you act in a a very good movie where your character's mom and dad are played by Susan Sarandon and Richard Gere, then you act in another movie where your character's mom and dad are played by Julie Christie and Robert Redford, then you write,

This article is all about drooling like a 13-year old over some cute guy, and never mentions that the movie he is starring in was written and produced by an amazing,

Convergent evolution. Some people now call their phones a "PC", aka "Pocket Computer".

I was at a funeral mass for a male relative several years ago. This family is Catholic to their bones. Deeply, deeply religious. Somewhere amidst all the Latin, the priest says, "[name] is in a better place." His widow screams loudly "I don't want him in a 'better place'! I want him here with me!" then breaks down

Molly Quinn is in this? I am so there.

no worse than Lewis & Clark dorm room

Was Aimee (the prostitute in the flashbacks) played by the same actress as the secretary who Don stared at (who shut the door on Peggy and Ted)? Aimee was wearing so much makeup I couldn't tell for sure, but their voices were very similar.

Plus they have a great view at work. This is a real picture of Tracy Caldwell Dyson at the ISS Cupola.

Sally Ride: 374 kinds of awesome.

Oblivion: Haven't seen it. No reason to think I ever will. Moon: Saw it in an artsy theater during its limited release. Sam Rockwell is outstanding. Bought the DVD. Same with Seven Psychopaths.

When Tom's latest movie was being teased, the posters looked like "The Wanderer Above the Sea of Fog". It was such an overused theme that some people on the interwebz made fun of the poster and many others like it. Lo and behold, when the movie is actually released, the poster has been changed.

Krysten Ritter won't be out of work for long. A very, very funny woman and a naturally talented comedic actress.

This is a non-fiction book about a young woman's training and deployment by the CIA. It's very funny in parts, but also very serious. Highly recommended.

I have the impression the producers avoid any PDA with their characters. There was an episode where they kissed, but it was in the background of a scene with a lot of activity. Blink and you miss it.

I'm going through a very hectic phase right now and not as plugged into the media as usual. I did not know why seemingly half of my FB friends were suddenly changing their profile pictures to an equality symbol.

An old joke that bears repeating:

Yes to this.

Full disclosure: I didn't create that "Spongebob" allusion. Someone else made a similar comment when these pictures came out a few weeks ago.
